Description
We are running an Indulgent Chocolate Making evening at Lisa’s Coffee Shop at Ipplepen (https://www.facebook.com/lisascoffeeipplepen) on Wednesday 12th June 7-9pm.
You will get to make a selection of handmade milk, white and dark chocolate truffles spheres (filled round balls with a delicious caramel or ganache, flavours can include Vanilla, Salted Caramel and Dark Chocolate) ready to dip in to chocolate of their choice. There will be enough for three packs of six truffles.
We will also make mendiants – These are big chocolate drops piped on to greaseproof paper and topped with a selection of toppings (dried fruit, possibly nuts, you will make enough to fill two good size bags.
Finishing off with some chocolate lollies – We will make four chocolate lollies for you to take home for the children. There will be a selection of sweetie treats and sprinkles to decorate.
We will have a pretty packaging to wrap the yummy chocolates for you to take home and enjoy or give away as gifts.
